Hicks Construction Company Inc. stands behind each project that we build.

In addition to their initial academic training, each of our Project Managers and Superintendents receives continuing education and seminar training, to better service our clients.

While we insure that our subcontractors adhere to the architect’s plan, our personnel are proactive with the architect in achieving a quality project.

Safety

Hicks Construction Company. Inc. is committed to operating a safe work site for our employees and our subcontractors.

Our superintendents are trained in MIOSHA standards and we require our subcontractors to also follow the same MIOSHA standards.

We work with our insurance carriers in an ongoing safety program. Our insurance carriers perform on-site inspections and provide written critiques to our management team. In addition, we are able to utilize their specialized training programs and assistance with maintaining our Corporate Safety Manual.

The result of instating the above procedures, is that our EMR rating (measurements of our injured to expected injuries) is substantially better than the industry norm.
